Know exactly where your evidence gaps are.

Regime exposure mapping and evidence-gap diagnostics for DFARS 252.225-7052, EU Battery Passport, CMMC, and adjacent frameworks, before your deadline, not after your audit.

Most operators don't know their full exposure.

Which regulatory regimes apply depends on your supply chain position, product category, and customer base, not your industry label. The regime exposure assessment maps your actual obligations: which frameworks apply, which deadlines are binding, and which requirements you are currently missing.

A prioritized gap register, not a general audit.

For each applicable regime, we identify exactly what evidence must be captured, formatted, retained, and made available to auditors, then assess your current practices against each requirement and produce a ranked gap register.

Gaps map directly to a deployment plan.

Each gap in the register maps to a specific Demia platform capability, so the output is a scoped deployment plan with clear deadlines, not a generic recommendation to improve data governance.

Two deadlines are closer than they look.

DFARS 252.225-7052 reaches back to the mine from 01 Jan 2027. EU Battery Passport requirements begin 18 Feb 2027. Sequencing your remediation around these dates matters as much as the remediation itself.

Assessment doesn't stop at sites with a signal.

Evidence gaps are hardest to catch at remote facilities, forward sites and field operations with denied, disrupted, intermittent or limited connectivity (DDIL). Those sites usually need Demia's edge-deployable capture hardware, not a paperwork fix.

Common questions

What if our data doesn't fit a standard compliance domain?

The regime exposure assessment maps your actual data and operations against each framework's requirements, not a generic template. A gap that doesn't fit an existing category still shows up in the register.

Who reviews the output before we act on it?

The gap register and deployment plan are reviewed with your team before any implementation work begins. Nothing is auto-applied.

Do we need full platform integration to get value?

No. The regime exposure mapping and gap register are useful on their own. Integration is scoped separately, matched to the gaps that matter most.

What happens to our data after the engagement ends?

You keep the register, the mapping, and every record generated during the assessment. Nothing stays locked in a Demia-only format.
