Proof, not paperwork.
Demia builds the infrastructure that signs, governs, and verifies operational data at the source. We start with the commodity markets the global economy is built on: agriculture, energy, and critical minerals. From there we extend to the defense, industrial, and environmental supply chains that depend on them, where a claim is only as good as the evidence behind it.
We started from a simple observation: most compliance and audit failures aren't fraud, they're gaps: a handoff that wasn't logged, a record reconstructed after the fact instead of captured at the moment it happened. Demia closes that gap at the point of capture, so the record is trustworthy before anyone has to argue about it.
The team running the company.

A U.S. Army combat veteran and DoD digital forensics and cybersecurity operations planner, with a background spanning NSA, USCYBERCOM, and DC3 forensics work. Led mobility and automotive data-verification programs at an early distributed-ledger technology foundation before founding Demia to bring that same rigor to compliance-critical data. Ten years into building this technology, it is now commercially mature enough to run at enterprise scale.

Started as a software engineer building secure-messaging and distributed-ledger protocols at an early distributed-ledger technology foundation, then built Demia's original digital MRV product as a core developer before co-founding the company. Trained in architectural technologies at SAIT before moving into distributed systems engineering.

Coined the term cleantech and introduced it to finance and business in 2002 when he co-founded Cleantech Group, which he chaired through 2013 as it helped mobilize over $6B in private capital. More than three decades building ventures and funds, including as founder of CleanAI, Executive Chair of Clean Earth Acquisitions Corp. and former Chair of Corporate Knights.
The people building and delivering the platform.

PMP and CEH certified.

Leads Demia's environmental services and carbon market strategy. Fifteen years across the full carbon project lifecycle: she was lead author of the first methodology for the Ecosystem Services Market Consortium. She audited a range of project types at SCS Global Services. She was also a Director and Sustainability Advisor at Radicle, which became BMO Radicle after BMO acquired it.

A full-stack engineer who spent six years building distributed-ledger infrastructure at an early distributed-ledger technology foundation before joining Demia. Based in Barcelona, with a background spanning blockchain, secure messaging, and platform engineering.

A full-stack engineer with five years at early-stage startups, most recently two years at a climate-tech company owning features end to end, from user discovery through design, build and deployment. His recent work spans geospatial raster visualization, production Rust services on PostgreSQL, a 38-component React UI library and an AI assistant grounded in carbon-market methodologies. Based in Austin.

Building this for a decade. Ready to scale now.
Demia's team has spent the better part of ten years building and hardening the verification technology behind the Fabric, across mobility, automotive, defense, and environmental-data programs, long before Demia existed as a company. That history is why the platform arrives commercially mature: production hardened cryptographic verification, not a research prototype still finding its first customer.
building and hardening distributed verification technology across mobility, defense, and environmental-data programs.
filed on the core verification and data-fabric technology now running in Demia's platform.
verified in real time by the Fabric, from edge hardware that runs on as little as 15 to 65 watts.
operates disconnected, denied, intermittent, or limited environments, onsite and self-hostable, with no required external data egress.
Historical work from the founding team's prior roles: EV battery material traceability across a multi-tier automotive supply chain. Case study available on request.
Led work under CityxChange and DIG_IT, contributing to EBSI, GAIA-X, and Catena-X data-trust standards.
Digital MRV pilots recognized by the World Bank and UNEP.
A platform ready for enterprise deployment now, not a pilot still proving the concept.
